Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well (try not to overmix)
Divide your mixture into equal parts and begin shaping the mixture in small cigars (wet your hands with a little bit of water so the mixture does not stick to your hands)
Chill the meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
Add your kebabs to an oiled sheet pan and add to the oven and allow to cook for 20-25 minutes. serve with a side salad and rice and enjoy!
