I used boneless chicken thighs, you can use any protein of your choice

chicken stock

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a large pan or dutch oven, simply add all of the ingredients together. Make sure every ingredient gets coated in seasoning, especially the protein.
Add your chicken stock, cover the pan with foil, and pop into the oven for 60-70 minutes.
Remove foil and leave it in the oven for 10 minutes for the sauce to thicken and the chicken to get a nice char.
Eat with bread or a side of rice or just simply alone. enjoy!
Notes
Use one part of water with 2 tbs of vinegar to clean your chicken
