Garlic Chipotle Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 9-10 Fresh large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoon Chipotle sauce or sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 grated Garlic clove
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley optional
  • ½ squeeze lemon juice
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add the shrimp and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers (soak your skewers in water for a few minutes so they don’t catch on fire)
  • Place onto a baking sheet and allow to cook in the oven for 15 minutes. (depending on your oven)
  • Remove from the baking sheet and place in a serving bowl and enjoy!

Notes

The best way to know if your shrimp is ready is if it turns fully pink!
These shrimps can also be cooked on a grill, grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side.
