these are really easy and delicious kababs that could either be put in the air fryer or oven or even on a skillet and be ready in 15-20 minutes. enjoy with a side of rice or even inside a piece of pita bread.😍
Mint Kababs
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium white onion chopped
- ½ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 small chopped tomato
- 2 medium cloves minced garlic about 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well (try not to overmix)
- Divide your mixture into equal parts and begin shaping the mixture in small cigars (wet your hands with a little bit of water so the mixture does not stick to your hands)
- Chill the meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Add your kebabs to an oiled sheet pan and add to the oven and allow to cook for 20-25 minutes. serve with a side salad and rice and enjoy!
