Shrimp is probably my favourite protein, it’s light and delicious. This recipe can be cooked in the air-fryer, oven, or using a skillet. additionally, you can switch the chipotle with Siracha and it’ll be just as delicious. The main reason I’m obsessed with this is because of how fast I can cook this with no hassle at all.
Garlic Chipotle Shrimp
Ingredients
- 9-10 Fresh large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon Chipotle sauce or sriracha
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 grated Garlic clove
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley optional
- ½ squeeze lemon juice
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add the shrimp and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers (soak your skewers in water for a few minutes so they don’t catch on fire)
- Place onto a baking sheet and allow to cook in the oven for 15 minutes. (depending on your oven)
- Remove from the baking sheet and place in a serving bowl and enjoy!
Notes
The best way to know if your shrimp is ready is if it turns fully pink!
