Ingredients
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 kg lamb chops
Instructions
- preheat your oven to 200c.
- In a small bowl combine all of your ingredients and stir, set aside.
- Prep you baking sheet , drizzle olive oil add your lamb chops and begin to add the mixture generously on each lamb chop.
- add in to the oven and cook to your preference.
