These easy air-fryer potatoes are my husband’s favourite. I find myself making them quite often because they’re just so easy and delicious.

- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- This is probably the easiest crispy potatoes you’ll ever make, all you have to do is mix all the ingredients toss them in the potatoes, and straight into the air fryer for 22 minutes, 200 degrees, take them out when they are golden and crispy.
- Oven: the fastest way would be to before adding the seasoning add the potatoes into a medium saucepan with salted boiling water boil the potatoes until they are done(15-20 minutes), you’ll know they are done when you can insert a bbq stick inside and the potato still keeps its shape.
- Take the potato out of the water, season add to a baking sheet, and roast the potatoes until they are golden on all sides (20-25 minutes).
- enjoy.
Notes
Dip these potatoes into a delicious sauce, combine equal parts sriracha and mayo sauce with a sprinkle of salt and pepper mix, and enjoy!
